摘  要:突破“卡脖子”技术是实现经济高质量发展的重要支撑。领先企业已在“卡脖子”技术领域形成了成熟的技术路径。作为技术追赶的重要策略,模仿创新成为追随企业突破“卡脖子”技术封锁的有效手段。然而现有研究聚焦于领先企业的创新获益,难以解释追随企业的市场化盈利失效问题。文章基于动态竞争理论,提出追随企业模仿创新获益的最大障碍是所触发的领先企业对互补性资源的控制。在此基础上利用334家中国高新技术制造企业的问卷数据实证检验了模仿创新对领先企业资源争夺行为的影响,并基于动态竞争理论中“知晓—动机—能力”的框架,揭示了需求异质性、需求不确定性和资源包容性的调节机制,分析如何规避领先企业的资源争夺。研究结论表明,模仿创新正向促进领先企业资源争夺行为;需求异质性、需求不确定性和资源包容性削弱了模仿创新对领先企业资源争夺行为的促进作用。文章揭示了追随企业模仿创新获益所遇到的障碍,并通过转换视角讨论追随企业的创新收益问题,在一定程度上回应了现有关于模仿创新作用机制的研究结论冲突,拓展了模仿创新对创新绩效作用机制和创新收益获取的相关研究,为追随企业规避领先企业资源争夺、提高创新收益提供决策参考。Overcoming"bottleneck"technologies serves as a crucial pillar for achieving high-quality economic development.Leading enterprises have already established mature technology path in"bottleneck"technology domains.As an important strategy for technological catch-up,imitative innovation serves as an effective means for follower enterprises to break through"bottleneck"technology blockades.However,existing research focuses on the profit from innovation of leading enterprises,failing to explain the issue of market profit inefficiencies among follower enterprises.Based on the dynamic competition theory,this study proposes that the primary obstacle to follower enterprises'profit from imitative innovation is the triggering of leading enterprises'control over complementary resources.Using questionnaire data from 334 high-tech manufacturing enterprises in China,this study empirically examines the impact of imitative innovation on leading enterprises'resource competition behavior.Further,based on the"awareness-motivation-ability"framework within dynamic competition theory,it reveals the moderating mechanisms of demand heterogeneity,demand uncertainty,and resource munificence,analyzing how to avoid resource competition from leading enterprises.The findings indicate that imitative innovation stimulates leading enterprises'resource competition behavior,while demand heterogeneity,demand uncertainty,and resource inclusiveness weaken this effect of imitative innovation.The study uncovers the obstacles follower enterprises face in profit from imitative innovation and discusses follower enterprises'innovation profit from a shifted perspective.To a certain extent,it responds to conflicting conclusions in existing research on the mechanisms of imitative innovation,expands related studies on the mechanisms of imitative innovation's impact on innovation performance and the acquisition of innovation profit,and provides decision-making references for follower enterprises to avoid resource competition from leading enterprises and enhance in
