Metapex糊剂根管填充对乳牙窦道性根尖周炎患者的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的:回顾性探究美塔派克斯(Metapex)糊剂根管填充对乳牙窦道性根尖周炎患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年12月安阳市第六人民医院收治的100例乳牙窦道性根尖周炎患儿作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方案将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各50例。对照组患儿予以氢氧化锌碘仿糊剂治疗,研究组患儿予以Metapex糊剂治疗。对比两组患儿疗效、封药次数、窦道闭合时间、疼痛评分[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、根尖周指数(CPI)、咬合功能及1年后治疗成功率。结果:研究组患儿总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05)。两组患儿封药次数比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.526,P>0.05);研究组患儿窦道闭合时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(t=10.888,P<0.001)。治疗1个月,研究组患儿CPI、VAS评分均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(t=10.491、7.601,P<0.05)。治疗1个月、治疗1年,研究组患儿进食不便、语言障碍程度、牙周软组织不适评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=11.484、4.730、5.418、5.883、4.138、8.237,P<0.05)。研究组患儿治疗1年后成功率(94.00%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05)。结论:Metapex糊剂治疗乳牙窦道性根尖周炎患儿的效果更好,可减轻其疼痛,改善其咬合功能,提高其治疗1年后成功率。Objective:To investigate retrospectively the effect of Metapex paste on the root canal filling of primary teeth with sinus periapical inflammation.Methods:100 children with sinus periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected,and they were divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group according to different treatment regimens.The control group was given zinc hydroxide iodoform paste,and the study group was given Metapex paste.The therapeutic effect,frequency of sealing,sinus closure time,pain score(VAS),periapical index(CPI),occlusal function and success rate after 1 year were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05).The sinus closure time of study group was lower than that of control group(t=10.888,P<0.001).There was no significant difference in sealing times between the two groups(t=1.526,P>0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the CPI and VAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.491,t=7.601;P<0.05).After 1 month and 1 year of treatment,the study group had lower scores for eating difficulties,language barriers,and periodontal soft tissue discomfort than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.484,4.730,5.418,5.883,4.138,8.237;P<0.05).The success rate of the study group after 1 year treatment was 94.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the differences was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05).Conclusion:Metapex paste is more effective in the treatment of periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth,which can reduce pain,improve occlusal function and increase the success rate after 1 year of treatment.
