正畸牵引用于牙列拥挤伴严重牙周病治疗中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨正畸牵引治疗在应对牙列拥挤合并重度牙周病患者中的临床效果。方法:采用便利抽样法选取2022年1月—2023年1月南京市某三级甲等口腔专科医院就诊的32例牙列拥挤合并重度牙周病患者作为研究对象,入组患者均进行正畸牵引治疗,对患者的治疗总有效率、生活质量、牙周指标、治疗满意度等进行统计和分析。结果:32例患者的治疗总有效率为100%,治疗满意度为100%;治疗后,患者的咀嚼功能、牙齿美观度、积极感受以及总体健康水平等各项生活质量评分均明显高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(t=36.326、39.628、41.153、28.371,P<0.05);治疗后,患者的菌斑指数、牙齿松动度以及牙龈指数均明显低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.039、6.329、5.392,P<0.05)。结论:对牙列拥挤合并重度牙周病患者采用正畸牵引治疗能够获得满意疗效,对提高患者的牙周健康水平、提升生活质量有帮助。Objective:To explore the clinical effectiveness of orthodontic traction therapy in managing patients with severe periodontal disease combined with crowded teeth.Methods:Samples were collected from January 2022 to January 2023 in the hospital.All cases were diagnosed with severe periodontal disease combined with crowded teeth.A total of 32 cases were included,all of whom underwent orthodontic traction therapy.Statistical analysis was conducted on the overall treatment effectiveness rate,quality of life,periodontal indicators and treatment satisfaction of the patients.Results:The overall treatment effectiveness rate for all 32 patients was 100%,and the overall treatment satisfaction rate among the 32 patients was 100%.Quality of life scores,such as chewing function,dental aesthetics,positive feelings and general health level,were significantly higher than those before treatment,with statistically significant difference(t=36.326,39.628,41.153,28.371;P<0.05).Plaque index,tooth mobility and gingival index were significantly lower than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.039,6.329,5.392;P<0.05).Conclusion:Orthodontic traction therapy is effective in managing patients with severe periodontal disease combined with crowded teeth,contributing significantly to improving periodontal health status and enhancing quality of life.
