摘　　要：1+X职业技能等级证书制度在全国的推广,使其成为各大院校及食品企业关注的焦点,并对培养食品行业的能工巧匠产生了积极的推动作用。为有效保障食品企业的合规管理,通过网络调查问卷,深入分析“食品合规管理”1+X职业技能等级证书对食品专业学生就业方向和就业率的影响;同时,就企业对“食品合规管理”的了解和1+X职业技能等级证书的认可度进行了统计分析。The promotion of the 1+X vocational skill level certificate system nationwide has made it a focus of attention for major universities and food enterprises,and has had a positive promoting effect on cultivating skilled craftsmen in the food industry.To effectively ensure the compliance management of food enterprises,an online survey questionnaire was conducted to analyze the impact of the Food Compliance Management 1+X Vocational Skill Level Certificate on the employment direction and rate of food major students.At the same time,statistical analysis was conducted on the understanding of food Compliance Management by enterprises and the recognition of the 1+X Vocational Skill Level Certificate.
