摘 要:评估改进后的间接免疫荧光法(Indirect immunofluorescence method,IIFA)在甲型流感病毒IgM抗体检测中的效能提升。引入自动化稀释工作站、磁性纳米颗粒吸附剂、微流控芯片(Microfluidic chip)及人工智能图像分析系统等设备,对传统IIFA进行优化改进。比较改进后的IIFA、传统IIFA及酶联免疫吸附法(Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)对10547名体检人员进行甲型流感病毒IgM抗体检测,比较阳性率差异。改进后的IIFA阳性率为6.13%,显著高于传统IIFA(5.39%)和酶联免疫法法(5.50%)(P<0.05)。改进后的IIFA显著提高了甲型流感病毒IgM抗体的检出效能,可作为呼吸道感染病原体筛查的优选方案。To evaluate the improved efficacy of indirect immunofluorescence(IIFA)in the detection of influenza A virus IgM antibodies.Automatic dilution workstation,magnetic nanoparticle adsorbent,microfluidic chip and artificial intelligence image analysis system were introduced to optimize and improve the traditional IIFA.The improved IIFA,traditional IIFA and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)were used to detect influenza A virus IgM in 10547 persons,and the positive rates were compared.The positive rate of improved IIFA was 6.13%,significantly higher than that of traditional IIFA(5.39%)and enzyme-linked immunoassay(5.50%)(P<0.05).The improved IIFA significantly improves the detection efficiency of influenza A virus IgM antibodies,and can be used as a preferred scheme for screening respiratory infection pathogens.
