摘　　要：为保障机组人员和乘客飞机上用水卫生安全,2021年—2023年参照国家标准GB/T 5750《生活饮用水标准检验方法》,对成都双流机场某航空公司飞机供水进行监测,监测项目包括色度、浑浊度、臭与味、pH、肉眼可见物、总硬度、菌落总数、总大肠菌群、大肠埃希菌等9项指标。2021年—2023年监测飞机上厨房和厕所用水1318份,总体合格率为75.64%。菌落总数和浑浊度是主要不合格项目,合格率分别为82.80%和93.34%。冬季和夏季水样的合格率分别为83.95%和67.61%,有显著差异。不同采样地点厨房和厕所水样的合格率分别为69.04%和82.24%,有显著差异。飞机供水水质容易受到微生物污染影响,航空公司和监管机构应该加强对飞机供水的卫生监管。To investigate the water sanitation status in aircraft of an airline company at Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport from 2021 to 2023,and to provide basis data for guarantee water hygiene safety of crew and passengers.The nine test indexes of chroma,turbidity,odor and taste,pH,visible objects,total hardness,total colonies,total coliforms and Escherichia coli were tested according to the national standard GB/T 5750“Standard Test Method for Drinking Water”.From 2021 to 2023,1318 water samples were received from an airline on-board kitchen and toilet.The overall qualified rate of water samples in the three years was 75.64%.The total number of colonies and turbidity were the main unqualified items,and the qualified rates were 82.80%and 93.34%,respectively.The qualified rates of water samples in winter and summer were 83.95%and 67.61%,respectively,with significant difference.The qualified rates of kitchen and toilet water samples from different sampling sites were 69.04%and 82.24%,respectively,with significant differences.The water quality of aircraft on-board water supply is easily affected by microbial contamination,and airlines and regulatory agencies should strengthen hygiene supervision of aircraft water.
