干部职工健康体检服务需求情况调查研究——以X海关为例

摘　　要：调查海关干部职工健康体检服务需求情况,为完善海关干部职工健康体检服务,提高整体身体素质和健康水平,深化海关准军事化纪律部队建设提供借鉴参考。采用自行设计的健康体检服务需求调查问卷对在不同单位工作的265例X海关干部职工进行调查,了解海关干部职工对健康体检服务的需求,对健康体检工作的建议等情况。问卷调查中,有79.25%的被调查人员认为选择健康体检机构首要考虑因素是医疗技术与设备;调查对象对缩短体检等候时间的需求最高,对接受基础的日常健康咨询的需求最低;调研访谈结果反映了体检项目设置、体检服务质量、专业技术能力、体检设备和信息化建设等方面还存在弱项与短板。近年来海关高度重视干部职工身体健康,切实提高干部职工身体素质,需要进一步提供体能训练参考、设计差异化体检项目、增加心理咨询辅导、拓宽健康体检资金来源、加强健康管理信息化建设等以推进海关干部职工健康服务,为海关口岸门诊部提升健康体检服务水平提供参考。To investigate the demand for health examination services for customs officials and employees,and provide reference for improving health examination services for customs officials and employees,improving overall physical fitness and health level,and deepening the construction of quasi military disciplinary forces in customs.A self-designed survey questionnaire on the demand for health examination services was used to investigate 265 X Customs cadres and employees working in different units,in order to understand the needs of customs cadres and employees for health examination services and their suggestions for health examination work.In the questionnaire survey,79.25%of respondents believe that the primary consideration when choosing a health examination institution is medical technology and equipment.The survey respondents have the highest demand for shortening the waiting time for physical examinations and the lowest demand for receiving basic daily health consultation.The research interview results reflect that there are still weaknesses and shortcomings in the setting of medical examination items,the quality of medical examination services,professional technical capabilities,medical examination equipment,and information construction.In recent years,customs have attached great importance to the physical health of cadres and employees,and effectively improved their physical fitness.It is necessary to further provide physical training references,design differentiated physical examination projects,increase psychological counseling,broaden the sources of health examination funds,and strengthen the construction of health management information technology to promote health services for customs cadres and employees,and provide reference for improving the level of health examination services for customs port outpatient departments.
