摘　　要：随着全球经济的快速发展和市场竞争的加剧,创新质量已经成为推动企业高质量发展的关键因素。研究旨在探讨创新质量如何影响企业高质量发展,并分析数字化转型在此过程中的调节作用。通过构建理论模型,采用量化分析方法,以中国2011—2022年期间A股上市公司的数据进行实证检验。研究表明,创新质量与企业高质量发展之间的关系呈正“U”型曲线,即创新质量处于适中水平时,对高质量发展的促进作用不明显;当创新质量达到较高水平时,能够显著促进高质量发展。进一步分析表明,数字化转型作为调节变量,削弱了创新质量与高质量发展之间的正U型关系,使得正“U”型曲线更加平缓。研究结果为企业在制定创新战略和实施数字化转型时提供了理论支持与实践指导,建议企业在追求创新质量的同时,重视数字化转型的有效推进,以实现持续的高质量发展。With the rapid development of the global economy and intensifying market competition,innovation quality has become a critical factor in driving high-quality enterprise development.This study investigates how innovation quality influences high-quality enterprise development and analyzes the moderating role of digital transformation in this process.By constructing a theoretical model and employing quantitative analysis methods,empirical tests were conducted using data from China's A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2022.The results reveal a positive U-shaped relationship between innovation quality and high-quality development:when innovation quality is moderate,its promoting effect is insignificant,but when innovation quality reaches a high level,it significantly enhances high-quality development.Further analysis indicates that digital transformation,as a moderating variable,weakens the U-shaped relationship,flattening the curve.The findings provide theoretical and practical guidance for enterprises in formulating innovation strategies and implementing digital transformation.The study suggests that enterprises should prioritize effective digital transformation while p ursuing innovation quality to achieve sustained high-quality development.
