摘  要:评价技能是遴选、考核、培训教育督评人员的核心内容。为了科学评价教育督评人员的信息采集、分析判断、反馈指导三方面评价技能,本研究以幼儿园教育督评人员为研究对象,研制了情境判断测验,通过对198名具有幼儿园教育督评经验的人员进行实测发现,当前幼儿园教育督评人员的分析判断技能和过程性质量评价技能相对较弱,受教育水平和学前教育工作年限不同的督评人员之间存在显著差异,但督评经验不同的群体之间不存在显著差异。建议系统优化教育督评人员选拔考核内容和方法,大力提升教育督评人员的分析判断技能和过程性质量评价技能,构建完善教育督评人员培训指导体系。The evaluation competency constitutes a key component in the selection,assessment,and training of educational supervisors.This study aimed to scientifically assess three critical competencies of educational supervisors—information collection,analytical judgment,and feedback guidance—focusing on preschool educational supervisors.For this purpose,a situational judgment test was developed.Empirical testing was conducted with 198 practitioners experienced in preschool education evaluation.The findings revealed that the participating supervisors exhibit relative deficiencies in analytical judgment and process quality evaluation skills.Significant differences were observed among supervisors with varying educational levels and years of experience in preschool education,whereas no substantial disparities emerged across groups with different durations of evaluation experience.It suggests the need to systematically improve the contents and methods for selecting and assessing educational supervisors,strengthen their analytical judgment and process quality evaluation competencies,and establish a comprehensive training and guidance system for educational supervisors.
