摘  要:本文设计了一种燃气轮机一键式切换至最大出力运行模式的控制算法,以保证船用燃气轮机能够长期在最大出力状态下稳定运行。本文所设计方法并不改变燃机闭环控制模式及算法,也不影响燃机原有的保护及关停逻辑,仅在原控制程序中新加入以多个限制因素为控制目标的PI调节控制回路,实时计算功率输出值,并将其赋给功率闭环回路的手动功率设定值。本文所设计方法具有很强的通用性,适用于具有最大出力状态下长期运行需求但易受极限条件影响运行不稳定的燃气轮机,且具有与常规出力闭环控制模式无扰切换的特点。其通用性强且能保证机组长期稳定运行在最大出力状态,提升舰船的机动性能。In this paper,a control algorithm for gas turbine to switch to the maximum output operation mode with one click is designed to ensure that the gas turbine can run in the maximum output state for a long time and stably.The method designed in this paper does not change the closed-loop control mode and algorithm of the unit,nor does it affect the original protection and shutdown logic of the unit.Only a new PI adjustment control loop with multiple limiting factors as the control target is added to the original control program to calculate the output value in real time and assign it to the manual output setting value of the closed-loop.The method designed in this paper has strong universality,and is suitable for gas turbine with long-term operation requirements under maximum output conditions but easy to be affected by limit conditions,and has the characteristics of non-disruptive switching with conventional output closed-loop control mode.The utility model has strong versatility and can ensure the long-term stable operation of the unit at the maximum output state,and has considerable economic benefits and good application value.
