摘　　要：针对传统海洋工程制造中的生产效率低,生产成本高等问题,提出基于PLC、AGV以及机器视觉技术设计一款板材智能分拣系统,实现不同重量、不同尺寸板块的识别和分拣。对系统的架构、交互、主要功能、基本流程进行研究与设计,并通过实验分析出该系统在高负载环境下的稳定性高达99.86%,业务覆盖能力程度高的特点。该系统不仅能够减少人力投入、节约人工开支,还能提高企业竞争力,具有较强的现实推广意义。Aiming at the problems of low production efficiency and high production costs in traditional ocean engineering manufacturing,this paper proposes to design an intelligent sorting system for sheet metal through PLC,AGV,and machine vision technology,which can recognize and sort different weights and sizes of sheets.Research and design the architecture,interaction,main functions,and basic processes of the system,and analyze through experiments that the system has a stability of up to 99.86% in high load environments and a high degree of business coverage.This system can not only reduce manpower input and save labor costs,but also improve the competitiveness of enterprises,and has strong practical promotion significance.
