摘  要:弛豫铁电体具有新奇的物理性质和广泛的应用.迄今为止,具有Glauber动力学的随机格点Ising模型(RS-IGM)及其赝自旋串的Weiss型平均场(PSS-WMF)方法,给出了弛豫铁电体的热力学和动力学特征的最为成功的定量描述.但是,PSS-WMF方法预言的RS-IGM的相变温度偏高.针对该问题,作者提出了双参量(序参量和最近邻关联函数)的赝自旋串的平均场方法,结果表明该平均场给出了比PSS-WMF更为精确的定量描述.Relaxor ferroelectrics exhibit novel physical properties and have wide applications.Random-site Ising model with Glauber dynamics(RS-IGM) and Weiss-type mean-field of pseudospin-strings(WMF-PSS) have provided the successful quantitative descriptions of the thermodynamics of relaxor ferroelectrics.However,WMF-PSS predicts a high phase transition temperature for RS-IGM.To address this issue here,a dual-parameter mean-field of pseudospin-strings is proposed based on the order parameter and nearest-neighbor correlation function.The results show that this mean-field provides a more accurate value of the transition temperature,compared to WMF-PSS.
