数字化技术在成衣立体裁剪中的应用

摘　　要：为助力服装企业提升研发效率、降低研发成本、提高企业综合竞争力,分析数字化技术在成衣立体裁剪中应用的优势,从数字化三维人体测量和建模、三维服装CAD技术结合下成衣立体裁剪衣片数据化、数字化三维试衣技术下成衣立体裁剪问题直观化,以及数字化下成衣立体裁剪基准母型的建立和应用等几个方面,论述了数字化在成衣立体裁剪中的具体应用方法。结果表明,数字化技术在成衣立体裁剪中的应用可以帮助企业建立三维数据库,实现人体模型特征三维数据的采集和管理,更直观有效地发现制作中的问题,为服装的个性化定制提供数据支持,为服装行业的创新发展提供理论支持和实践指导,极大地提高工作效率。In order to help clothing enterprises improve R&D,reduce R&D costs,and enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises,based on the analysis of the advantages of digital technology in the application of three cutting of ready-made clothing,the specific application methods of digital technology in three-dimensional cutting of ready-made clothing are discussed from the aspects of digital three-dimensional human body measurement modeling,digitalization of threedimensional clothing CAD technology,intuitive visualization of three-dimensional cutting problems under digital threedimensional fitting technology,and the establishment and application of prototypes under digitalization.The results show that the application of digital technology in three-dimensional cutting of ready-made clothing can help enterprises establish a threedimensional database,realize collection and management of three-dimensional data of human model characteristics,more intuitively and effectively identify problems in the production process,provide data support for personalized customization of clothing,provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the innovative development of the clothing industry,and greatly improve work efficiency.
