摘　　要：目的汉化母乳喂养障碍自评量表并检验其信效度。方法运用Beaton跨文化调适指南对原量表进行直译、回译、文化调适及预调查,确定中文版母乳喂养障碍自评量表。采用便利抽样法,于2024年8-10月对产后42 d常规复查的产妇380人进行问卷调查,以评价量表的信效度。结果中文版母乳喂养障碍自评量表包含4个维度(流速、含接、损伤和母乳喂养后行为)共17个条目,探索性因子分析提取4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为62.160%。验证性因子分析显示,模型拟合指标较好(χ^(2)/df=1.184,RMSEA=0.030,RMR=0.025,GFI=0.929,CFI=0.983,NFI=0.902,IFI=0.983)。条目水平的内容效度指数0.875~1.000,量表水平的内容效度指数0.978。量表总Cronbach′sα系数为0.878,重测信度0.876,折半信度0.820。结论中文版母乳喂养障碍自评量表具有良好的信效度,可用于母乳喂养障碍的自我评估。Objective To translate the Flow,Latch,Injury,Post feeding behavior(FLIP)Scale into Chinese and evaluate its reliability and validity.Methods The original scale was translated,back-translated,culturally adapted,and pre-tested using Beaton′s cross-cultural adaptation guidelines to establish the Chinese version of FLIP.A convenience sampling method was used to survey 380 postpartum women who underwent routine 42-day follow-up examnation from August to October 2024,to assess the scale′s reliability and validity.Results The Chinese version of the FLIP includes four dimensions(Flow,Latch,Injury,and Post-Feeding Behavior)with 17 items.Exploratory factor analysis extracted four common factors,with a cumulative variance contribution of 62.160%.Confirmatory factor analysis indicated a good model fit(χ^(2)/df=1.184,RMSEA=0.030,RMR=0.025,GFI=0.929,CFI=0.983,NFI=0.902,IFI=0.983).The item-level content validity index ranged from 0.875 to 1.000,and the scale-level content validity index was 0.978.The total Cronbach′sαcoefficient for the scale was 0.878,with a test-retest reliability of 0.876 and a split-half reliability of 0.820.Conclusion The Chinese version of FLIP demonstrates good reliability and validity,making it suitable for self-assessment of breastfeeding dysfunction.
