摘　　要：19世纪末至20世纪初,古文献的重大发现和后续的整理研究促进了我国学术领域的繁荣,甲骨学、敦煌学、简牍学由此应运而生。经过百余年的发展,这三门学科早已取得了学术界公认的显学地位。相比之下,“历史档案学”的概念却较少为学界提及和关注,对其认识也相对模糊。那么,这门学问目前是否已成为一门学科?它处于何种状态?由此,本文以问题为导向,对既有的“历史档案学”观点提出质疑并阐述理由,从历史的维度梳理了“历史档案学”的发展脉络和学术界的创建活动,探讨了其应有的核心理论框架;运用库恩范式论,分析了“历史档案学”的现状,并针对其面临的困境提出解决策略,旨在唤起学术界对“历史档案学”学科建设的关注与反思。From the late 19th century to the early 20th century,the major discovery of Chinese ancient documents and the subsequent collation and research have contributed to the prosperity of China's academic field.Oracle Bone Studies,Dunhuang Studies,as well as Bamboo Slip Studies came into being in this way.After more than a hundred years of development,these three disciplines have long since achieved a prominent status recognized by the academic community.In contrast,the concept of "Historical Archives Studies" is less mentioned and paid attention to by the academic circles,and the understanding of it is relatively vague.So,is this study now a discipline?And what is its current status?Given these problems,this paper challenges the view that "Historical Archives Studies" has become an established discipline and presents the reasons.The development of "Historical Archives Studies" and the creation of the discipline by academics are reviewed and analyzed from a historical perspective.The main theoretical elements of "Historical Archives Studies" are discussed.Taking Kuhn's paradigm theory as a theoretical guide,the current situation of "Historical Archives Studies" is analyzed and elaborated,and the current development dilemma of "Historical Archives Studies" and the corresponding solutions are put forward,in order to draw the attention and reflection of the academic community to the construction of the "Historical Archives Studies" discipline.
