摘 要:在中华传统艺术的当代传承中,制度发挥着至关重要的作用。从过程维度来讲,可以将其分为生产制度、分配制度、消费制度、教育制度和保护制度,它们都与传统艺术的当代传承具有密切关系。制度具有偏好性;制度变迁会对传统艺术当代传承产生重要影响。制度还具有路径依赖性,为了让它们与现状相适合,必须积极地进行创新,如非物质文化遗产代表性传承人制度就在实践中不断完善。我们应该从生态的角度,积极构建中华传统艺术当代传承的制度体系,推进制度与传统艺术的共生,推进制度与制度的共生,以更好地推动传统艺术在当代的活态传承。In the contemporary inheritance of traditional Chinese art,institutions play a crucial role.From the perspective of process,we can divide it into production system,distribution system,consumption system,education system and protection system.They are closely related to the contemporary inheritance of traditional art.Institution has its preference,and institutional change had a significant impact on the contemporary inheritance of traditional art.Institution has path dependence.In order to make them suitable for the current situation,it is necessary to innovate institutions,such as the institution of representative inheritors of intangible cultural heritage,which was continuously improved in practice.We should actively build an institutional system for the contemporary inheritance of traditional Chinese art from an ecological perspective,promote the symbiosis between institutions and traditional art,and promote the symbiosis between institution and institution,so as to promote the living inheritance of traditional art in contemporary time.
