摘　　要：西藏和平解放以来,藏传佛教中国化经历了三个历史阶段。和平解放及民主改革时期:贯彻执行党的宗教信仰自由政策,废除了宗教上层的封建特权和封建压迫剥削制度,建立了新的寺庙民主管理制度,为藏传佛教中国化的发展奠定了政治原则和制度保障。改革开放新时期:依法加强宗教事务管理,制定实施了一系列宗教管理的政策法规,切实维护了藏传佛教的正常秩序,为藏传佛教中国化奠定了法制基础。新时代:加强宗教工作顶层设计,创新了藏传佛教管理体制机制,为全面系统推进藏传佛教中国化指明了方向。Since the peaceful liberation of Xizang,the sinicization of Tibetan Buddhism has undergone three historical stages.During the period of peaceful liberation and democratic reform,the Party's policy on freedom of religious belief was implemented,the feudal privileges and oppressive exploitation systems of the religious elite were abolished,and a new democratic management system for monasteries was established.These measures laid the political principles and institutional foundations for the sinicization of Tibetan Buddhism.In the new era of reform and opening up,the management of religious affairs was strengthened in accordance with the law,and a series of policies and regulations on religious administration were formulated and implemented,effectively maintaining the normal order of Tibetan Buddhism and establishing a legal framework for its sinicization.In the new era,top-level design for religious work has been enhanced,with innovations in the management systems and mechanisms of Tibetan Buddhism,charting the course for comprehensively and systematically advancing its sinicization.
