铸牢中华民族共同体意识的意涵解析

摘　　要：习近平总书记关于“中华民族共同体意识”的论述内容丰富、思想深刻,蕴含十分重要的政策意涵,主要体现在三个方面:一是以“共同体”视域尝试对原有“民族”话语体系的超越;二是“中华民族共同体”概念体现了对增进共同性的强调;三是铸牢中华民族共同体意识突出了“共同体意识”对建设中华民族共同体的作用。从“中华民族”到“中华民族共同体”再到“中华民族共同体意识”,党的民族政策话语概念的递进变化,反映的是我国民族工作的历史发展脉络和党对民族工作规律性的深刻把握。General Secretary Xi Jinping's exposition on the"sense of the Chinese national community"is rich in content and profound in thought,carrying significant policy implications that are mainly reflected in three aspects:First,it attempts to transcend the original"ethnic"discourse system from a"community"perspective;second,the concept of"Chinese national community"emphasizes the enhancement of commonality;and third,forging a strong sense of the Chinese national community highlights the role of"community consciousness"in building the Chinese national community.The progressive evolution of the Party's ethnic policy discourse—from"Chinese nation"to"Chinese national community"and then to"sense of the Chinese national community"—reflects the historical development of China's ethnic work and the Party's profound grasp of the underlying patterns in ethnic affairs.
