摘　　要：西达本胺是全球首个口服的亚型选择性组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂,属于拥有全新抗肿瘤作用机制的表观遗传调控剂类药物。西达本胺联合R⁃CHOP方案用于既往未经治疗的myc和bcl⁃2阳性表达的弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)可显著提高患者完全缓解率,并带来显著生存获益趋势,目前西达本胺的该适应证已在我国获批。为进一步规范西达本胺在DLBCL中的应用,专家组成员结合相关研究进展和临床实践,制定了西达本胺治疗DLBCL临床应用指导原则,供临床医师参考。Chidamide is an oral subtype-selective histone deacetylase inhibitor worldwide and belongs to a class of epigenetic regulators with novel anti-tumor mechanisms of action.The combination of chidamide and R-CHOP regimen has significantly improved the complete remission rate and has provided notable survival benefits for previously untreated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)with double expression of myc and bcl-2.This indication of chidamide has been approved in China.In order to further standardize the clinical application of chidamide in DLBCL,the expert panel formulated the guideline principles for clinical application of chidamide in treatment of DLBCL to provide references for clinical physicians.
