摘　　要：中华优秀传统文化作为中华民族走向美好未来的精神支柱,在推动文化强国建设的过程中,能够为各族人民精神境界的提升提供力量源泉,为新时代治国理政提供宝贵资源,为中华民族现代文明建设提供精神支撑,为人类文明进步提供中国智慧和中国方案。以中华优秀传统文化推动文化强国建设,需要始终聚焦增强文化自信、增强文化自觉、增强文化创新力、增强文化主体性的根本任务。为此,新时代需要在处理好“魂脉与根脉”的关系中推动“第二个结合”,在处理好“守正与创新”关系中推动中华优秀传统文化的“双创”发展,在处理好“传统与现代”关系中推动中华优秀传统文化的现代化发展,在处理好“建构与传播”关系中增强中华优秀传统文化的国际传播力,从而全方位推动文化强国建设。As the spiritual pillar of the Chinese nation towards a better future,the excellent traditional Chinese culture can provide a source of strength for the improvement of the spiritual realm of the people of all ethnic groups in the process of promoting the construction of a cultural power,provide valuable resources for the governance of the country in the new era,provide spiritual support for the construction of modern civilization of the Chinese nation,and provide Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions for the progress of human civilization.To promote the construction of a cultural power with the excellent traditional Chinese culture,it is necessary to always focus on the fundamental tasks of enhancing cultural self-confidence,enhancing cultural consciousness,enhancing cultural innovation,and enhancing cultural subjectivity.To this end,the new era needs to promote the“second combination”in the relationship between the“soul and the root”,promote the“double creation”development of the excellent traditional Chinese culture in the relationship between“integrity and innovation”,promote the modernization of the excellent traditional Chinese culture in the relationship between“tradition and modernity”,and enhance the international communication power of the excellent traditional Chinese culture in the relationship between“construction and dissemination”,to promote the construction of a cultural power in an all-round way.
