摘  要:目的探究反馈式呼吸电刺激训练与常规康复干预策略结合,对脑卒中患者呼吸功能的改善价值。方法选取2021年4月至2023年6月郑州市中心医院收治的80例脑卒中患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(40例,采用常规康复干预策略治疗)和观察组(40例,采用反馈式呼吸电刺激训练配合常规康复干预策略治疗)。比较两组治疗前后肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、最大通气量(MVV)]、呼吸肌功能[最大呼气压力(MEP)、最大吸气压力(MIP)]、膈肌功能[膈肌活动度(DE)、膈肌增厚分数(DTF)]以及生活质量[通过健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评估]。结果治疗后,两组FEV_(1)、FVC、MVV水平均高于治疗前,且观察组患者FEV_(1)、FVC、MVV水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组MEP、MIP水平均高于治疗前,且观察组患者的MEP、MIP水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组DE、DTF水平均高于治疗前,且观察组患者DE、DTF水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组SF-36各项评分均高于治疗前,且观察组患者SF-36各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用反馈式呼吸电刺激训练配合常规康复干预策略治疗脑卒中患者,能有效改善其肺功能、呼吸功能、膈肌功能,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the value of combining feedback respiratory electrical stimulation training with conventional rehabilitation intervention strategies in improving respiratory function in stroke patients.Methods A total of 80 stroke patients admitted to Zhengzhou Central Hospital from April 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into a control group(40 cases,treated with conventional rehabilitation intervention strategies)and an observation group(40 cases,treated with feedback respiratory electrical stimulation training combined with conventional rehabilitation intervention strategies)using the random number table method.The pulmonary function indicators[Forced Expiratory Volume in 1 Second(FEV_(1)),Forced Vital Capacity(FVC),Maximum Voluntary Ventilation(MVV)],respiratory muscle function[Maximum Expiratory Pressure(MEP),Maximum Inspiratory Pressure(MIP)],diaphragm function[Diaphragmatic Excursion(DE),Diaphragm Thickness Fraction(DTF)],and quality of life[assessed by the Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)]were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of FEV_(1),FVC,and MVV in both groups were higher than those before treatment,with the observation group showing significantly higher levels of FEV_(1),FVC,and MVV than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups exhibited increases in MEP and MIP,with the observation group having significantly higher MEP and MIP levels than the control group(P<0.05).Both DE and DTF levels improved post-treatment in both groups,with the observation group showing significantly higher DE and DTF levels compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the scores of the SF-36 in both groups were higher after treatment than before,and the observation group's SF-36 scores were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of feedback respiratory electrical stimulation training combined with conventional rehabilitation intervention strategies can effectively improve pulmonary func
