摘 要:高等学校教师教学能力的提高是深化教育改革的重要推动力,而民办高校由于办学体制的特殊性,在学校建设发展的过程中存在着诸多影响因素。任务复杂性,作为民办高校教师教学能力影响的关键要素之一,它代表着高校教师工作的广度和深度,任务复杂性的高低影响了民办高校教师的教学能力。文章以工作要求-资源理论作为研究视角,通过研究任务复杂性变量对民办高校教师教学能力的影响机制,研究其内在机理。同时引入自我效能感,研究其对两个变量之间所起到的调节作用并提出相应的建议和对策,以达到提升民办高校教育质量的目的,进一步明确民办高等教育改革的方向,为民办高校的高质量发展提供一定的理论支撑,且具有一定的实践意义。The improvement of teachers’teaching ability in colleges and universities is an important driving force to deepen education reform,and there are many influencing factors in the process of construction and development of private colleges and universities because of the particularity of their running system.Task complexity,as one of the key factors affecting the teaching ability of teachers in private colleges and universities,represents the breadth and depth of teachers’work,and its level affects the teaching ability of teachers in private colleges and universities.From the perspective of job demandsresources theory,by studying the influence mechanism of task complexity variable on teachers’teaching ability in private colleges and universities,this paper studies its internal mechanism.Meanwhile,self-efficacy is introduced to study its regulating effect on the two variables,and corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to achieve the goal of improving the education quality in private colleges and universities,further clarify the direction of reform of private higher education,and provide certain theoretical support for the high-quality development of private colleges and universities,which is of certain practical significance.
