摘　　要：民办高校是我国高等教育事业发展的重要组成部分,具有自身独特的属性和特征,在人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承与创新等方面的作用不容小觑,与公办高等院校共同肩负着培养全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的重要使命。高校辅导员是大学生成长成才、思政教育、健康生活的引导者、引路人和引航员。基于此,阐述了高校辅导员队伍建设的价值意蕴和建设成果,梳理了辅导员队伍建设存在的问题与面临的挑战,提出了高校辅导员队伍内涵式建设与高质量发展的纾解进路。Private universities are an important part of the development of higher education in China with their own unique attributes and characteristics.Their role in talent development,scientific research,social services,cultural inheritance and innovation cannot be underestimated.Together with public higher education institutions,they shoulder the important mission of cultivating well-rounded socialist builders and successors.University counselors are guides,mentors,and navigators for the growth and development,ideological and political education,and healthy living of university students.Based on this,this paper elaborates on the value implication and achievements of the construction of the university counselor teams,sorts out the problems and challenges faced in the construction of the counselor teams,and proposes a relief route for the connotation based construction and high-quality development of the university counselor teams.
