崇尚劳动观与职业信仰观:黄炎培职教观视域下工匠精神本质要素辨析

摘　　要：工匠精神由内在本质与外显品质构成。我国著名职业教育家黄炎培在20世纪初提出的职业教育精神培育观、崇尚劳动观和职业信仰观,对今天职业教育中工匠精神的培育仍然有重要的借鉴意义,特别是崇尚劳动观和职业信仰观,是工匠精神得以形成的内在灵魂要素,也是工匠精神外显品质生成的根本基础,更是职业教育工匠精神培育的逻辑起点。Craftsman spirit is composed of inner essence and apparent quality.The cultivation of the spirit of vocational education,the concept of advocating labor and the concept of professional belief put forward by the famous Chinese vocational educator Huang Yanpei at the beginning of the 20th century still have important reference significance for the cultivation of the spirit of artisans in vocational education today.In particular,the concept of advocating labor and the concept of professional belief are the inner soul elements of the formation of the spirit of artisans and the fundamental basis for the generation of the apparent quality of the spirit of artisans.It is also the logical starting point of the cultivation of vocational education craftsman spirit.
