摘  要:随着我国高质量发展和产业转型升级的推进,不久的将来我国高端产业必将如雨后春笋般涌现。为了满足高端产业发展需求,高职技能人才培养必须提升学生的学习力。学习力培养蕴含着知识、能力、素质的全面提升,对提升高职学生的职业高度具有重要作用。学习力培养的关键是内趋学习动力的形成。自我决定理论、认知三区理论、熵增理论可为内趋学习动力的形成提供理论指导。高职院校在对学生进行学习力培养时应以上述理论为指导,努力营养校园良好的学习氛围,制定宽严相济的管理制度,并从学生心理和认知出发实施教学。With the promotion of high-quality development and industrial transformation and upgrading in our country,high-end industries in the near future will spring up.In order to meet the development needs of high-end industries,the development of skilled talents must enhance students’learning ability.The cultivation of learning ability contains the comprehensive improvement of knowledge,ability and quality,which plays an important role in enhancing the vocational height of higher vocational college students.The key to cultivating learning ability is the formation of intrinsic motivation.The self-determination theory,cognitive three-zone theory,and entropy increase theory can provide theoretical guidance for the formation of intrinsic motivation.Higher vocational colleges should use the above theories as guidance to cultivate students’learning ability,strive to cultivate a good learning atmosphere on campus,develop a management system that combines leniency and strictness,and implement teaching from the perspective of students’psychology and cognition.
