摘　　要：宿舍文化建设是学校思想政治教育的重要一环。对青少年的思想政治教育要更加重视宿舍文化建设。在厘清宿舍文化的内涵的基础上,对宿舍文化的满意作用与目标的一致性,寝室文化的调控作用与其管理的一致性,寝室文化的动机作用与大学生的动机原理、寝室文化的引导作用以及大学生的理想信念等方面进行了讨论。校园文化建构是高校德育工作的内在要求。Dormitory culture construction is an important part of ideological and political education in schools.More attention should be paid to the construction of dormitory culture in the ideological and political education of teenagers.On the basis of clarifying the connotation of dormitory culture,this paper discusses the satisfaction effect and consistency of goals of dormitory culture,the regulation effect and consistency of management of dormitory culture,the motivational role of dormitory culture and the motivational principles of college students,the guiding role of dormitory culture,and the ideal beliefs of college students.The construction of campus culture is an inherent requirement of moral education in universities.
