摘　　要：在教育领域,教师始终是推动学校持续进步和创新发展的关键力量。随着大数据技术的兴起,教育环境和需求正在发生深刻的变化。为了与时俱进,提升教师的整体素质和教学能力,应用型高校需要重视并投资“双师型”教师队伍的建设。可通过政府、行业、企业和学校的共同努力,为“双师型”教师的成长提供肥沃的土壤;紧跟时代发展,利用大数据技术,为“双师型”教师的培养构建一个系统化、智能化的培养体系,要完善考核和激励机制,以激发教师的积极性和创造性。In the field of education,teachers have always been a key force driving the continuous progress and innovation of schools.With the rise of big data technology,the educational environment and demands are undergoing profound changes.In order to keep up with the times and improve the overall quality and teaching ability of teachers,applied universities need to attach importance to and invest in the construction of a“dual qualified”teaching team.Through the joint efforts of the government,industry,enterprises,and schools,a fertile soil can be provided for the growth of“dual qualified”teachers.Utilizing big data technology to construct a systematic and intelligent training system for“dual qualified”teachers,it is necessary to improve assessment and incentive mechanisms to stimulate teachers’enthusiasm and creativity.
