摘  要:本文深入探讨了中国传统烹饪技艺的文化内涵与传承策略。通过加强专业人才的培养、创新传承方式、强化市场导向及注重科学研究等多维度策略,旨在推动中国传统烹饪技艺的高效传承与发展。文章详细阐述了各项策略的具体实施路径与成效,如构建完善的烹饪教育体系、利用数字化技术记录与传播烹饪技艺、根据市场需求创新菜品、组建科学研究团队探寻烹饪技艺背后的科学原理等,为中国传统烹饪技艺的传承提供了科学依据和实践指导。This paper deeply discusses the cultural connotation and inheritance strategy of Chinese traditional cooking skills.The purpose of this paper is to promote the efficient inheritance and development of Chinese traditional cooking skills by strengthening the cultivation of professionals,innovating the ways of inheritance,strengthening market orientation and emphasizing scientific research.In this paper,the author expatiates on the concrete ways and effects of these strategies,such as building a perfect culinary education system,using digital technology to record and spread culinary skills,innovating dishes according to market demand,organizing scientific research teams to explore the scientific principles behind culinary skills,etc.,which provide scientific basis and practical guidance for the inheritance of Chinese traditional culinary skills.
