摘  要:本文深入探讨了维生素B12生产中,通过基因工程技术与诱变育种技术实现的菌种定向选育,以及发酵培养基优化、发酵条件调控所带来的效能提升。同时,分析了两者协同作用对提高维生素B12产量的重要性。研究结果表明,科学合理的菌种选择与发酵工艺参数调整,能够显著增强维生素B12的生物合成效率。In the production of vitamin B12,gene engineering technology and mutagenesis breeding technology to achieve the targeted selection of strains,as well as fermentation medium optimization,fermentation conditions control brought about by the efficiency improvement.At the same time,the importance of the synergistic effect of the two on the production of vitamin B12 was analyzed.The results showed that the biosynthesis efficiency of vitamin B12 could be significantly enhanced by scientific and reasonable selection of strains and adjustment of fermentation parameters.
