摘  要:随着食品安全事件频发,构建覆盖“从农田到餐桌”全链条的食品抽检监测体系成为保障公众健康的核心举措。本文系统分析了我国食品安全监管现状,揭示了现行分段监管模式下存在的监管盲区、数据孤岛及企业主体责任落实不足等问题。在实践中,则面临着多部门协同机制缺失、检测技术时效性不足、数据标准化滞后及社会共治参与度低等挑战。针对这些问题和挑战,通过借鉴欧盟“农场到餐桌”战略及国内“阳光厨房”等创新模式,提出优化路径。With the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents,the construction of a food sampling monitoring system covering the whole chain"from farmland to table"has become the core measure to protect public health.This paper systematically analyzes the current situation of food safety supervision in China,and reveals the problems such as supervision blind area,data island and insufficient implementation of corporate main responsibility under the current segmented supervision mode.In practice,the lack of multi-sector collaboration mechanism,the lack of timeliness of detection technology,the lag of data standardization,and the low participation of social co-governance pose major challenges.Based on the EU's"farm to table"strategy and the domestic"sunshine kitchen"innovation model,the optimization path is proposed.
