摘  要:随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对于畜禽肉及副产品、水产品、鲜蛋等食物的摄入越来越普遍,食品的食用安全成为人们关注的重点。本文对食品中抗真菌药物的残留情况展开分析,阐述了食物中抗真菌药物残留的概念,分析探讨了相关检查技术,希望对食品安全检测技术在抗真菌药物的残留检测中的应用提供理论指导。With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the food intake of livestock and poultry meat and by-products,aquatic products,fresh eggs is becoming more and more common,and the food safety of these foods has become the focus of attention.This paper analyzes the residues of antifungal drugs in food,expounds the concept of antifungal drug residues in food,and analyzes and discusses related inspection techniques,providing theoretical guidance for the application of food safety detection technology in the detection of antifungal drug residues.
