摘 要:纸质食品包装材料因其环保、成本低和加工灵活等优点,在食品包装行业中得到广泛应用。然而,生产过程中添加的化学物质可能导致有害物质残留,进而迁移到食品中,对食品安全和人体健康构成威胁。本文综述了纸质食品包装材料中化学物质的检测技术,包括气相色谱、原子吸收光谱和化学放射等方法。气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)适用于挥发性有机化合物的检测,具有高灵敏度和高选择性;原子吸收光谱法能够准确测定重金属元素含量,具有抗干扰能力强和精密度高的特点;化学放射法则利用放射性同位素标记化合物,适用于复杂样品中特定化学物质的检测。Paper food packaging materials are widely used in the food packaging industry because of their advantages of environmental protection,low cost and flexible processing.However,the chemicals added during the production process can lead to the residue of harmful substances,which can then migrate into the food and pose a threat to food safety and human health.This paper reviews the detection techniques of chemical substances in paper food packaging materials,including gas chromatography,atomic absorption spectrometry and chemical radiation.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)is suitable for the detection of volatile organic compounds with high sensitivity and selectivity.Atomic absorption spectrometry can accurately determine the content of heavy metal elements,and has the characteristics of strong anti-interference ability and high precision.Chemoradiometry uses radioisotopes to label compounds and is suitable for the detection of specific chemicals in complex samples.
