摘  要:现代社会生活节奏的加快导致睡眠障碍问题普遍,影响生活质量和健康。开发助眠功能食品,不仅具有重要的科学意义,也具有广阔的市场前景。本研究探讨助眠功能食品市场前景和研发策略,分析市场现状和发展趋势,提出研发策略,如产品形态和配方设计。结合功能性成分如Melato、褪黑素、GABA、L-色氨酸,通过科学配比和工艺优化,开发安全有效的功能产品。研究显示助眠功能食品有重要科学意义和市场前景,未来需加强基础研究,开发个性化产品,注重天然成分,加强市场监管,推动领域发展。As modern life speeds up,sleep disorders are increasingly common,impacting quality of life and health.Functional foods,known for their safety and minimal side effects,have gained attention as a health product.This study examines the development and market potential of sleep-promoting functional foods.Literature review analyzed key components and mechanisms,such as Melato,melatonin receptor agonists,GABA,and L-tryptophan.Market research data was used to discuss the current market status and trends,proposing future research directions.Results indicate significant scientific value and market potential for sleep-promoting functional foods.Future efforts should focus on basic research,personalized product development,natural ingredient applications,and market regulation to foster further growth in this field.
