摘  要:基于汽车行业零部件开发成本、重量的管控需求,提出了汽车注塑类零部件通过壁厚设计最优化及材料、装备工艺来实现降本降重的方案;通过使用模流仿真分析软件对塑件壁厚变化前后进行成型质量对比分析,在确保注射成型工艺可行性以及产品质量可控的情况下寻找最小塑件壁厚,同时提出了成型模具关于塑料件壁厚减小后工艺实现的解决方案;另外通过微发泡等新工艺、新技术的使用来达成塑件壁厚不变的情况下实现重量降低的目的。Based on the development cost and weight control requirements of auto parts,this paper proposes a scheme to reduce cost and weight of auto injection parts through the optimization of wall thickness design and material and equipment technology.By using the mold flow simulation analysis software,the molding quality was compared before and after the change of the wall thickness of the injection parts,and the minimum part wall thickness was found under the condition of ensuring the feasibility of the injection process and controlling the quality of the product.At the same time,the solution of the process realization after the wall thickness of the plastic parts was reduced was proposed.In addition,through the use of new processes and new technologies such as micro-foaming,the purpose of weight reduction can be achieved under the condition that the wall thickness of plastic parts remains unchanged.
