摘　　要：介绍了基于CDIO-CMM教育理念的人才培养模式,基于装备制造类双创人才培养模式研究,并探索了CDIO-CMM与双创人才培养模式的融合,最终用实验验证研究成果,以期探索出一种基于CDIO-CMM装备制造类双创人才培养模式,推动教育教学的改革。This article introduces the talent cultivation model based on the CDIO-CMM educational concept,studies the dual innovation talent cultivation model based on equipment manufacturing,and explores the integration of CDIO-CMM and the dual innovation talent cultivation model.Finally,the research results are verified through experiments,in order to explore a CDIO-CMM based dual innovation talent cultivation model for equipment manufacturing and promote educational reform.
