摘  要:通过梳理分析三方协同育人现状和存在的问题,提出了从加强教师队伍建设,提升教师协同育人能力;优化课程设置,创新教学方法;夯实高校党委组织保障,搭建协同育人平台;加强学校顶层设计,建立健全协同育人机制4个方面,详细阐述了新时代背景下高校工科类专业协同育人的对策,以提高人才培养质量,培养具有良好的思政素养和专业技术技能的高素质工科人才。By sorting out and analyzing the current situation and existing problems of collaborative education among the three,this paper proposes countermeasures for collaborative education of engineering majors in colleges and universities under the background of the new era from four aspects:strengthening the construction of the teaching staff and enhancing the collaborative education ability of teachers;optimizing curriculum settings and innovating teaching methods;consolidating the organizational guarantee of college Party committees and building a collaborative education platform;strengthening the top-level design of schools and establishing and improving a collaborative education mechanism.This is to improve the quality of talent cultivation and cultivate high-quality engineering talents with good ideological and political literacy and professional technical skills.
