摘　　要：以重庆市现代制造业集群发展为背景,提出了基于“四双四融”模式的自动化工匠人才培养创新实践。通过“双铸魂、双赋能、双引领、双驱动”四维联动,达成德技融贯、产教融合、工学融通、理实融汇的全链条培养目标,为重庆市现代制造业发展注入强大的职教动力。Against the backdrop of the development of modern manufacturing clusters in Chongqing,this research proposes an innovative practice for cultivating automation craftsman talents based on the "four double and four integration" model.Through the four-dimensional linkage of "dual soul casting,dual empowerment,dual leadership,and dual drive",we aim to achieve the full chain training goals of integrating morality and technology,industry and education,engineering,and theory and practice,injecting strong vocational education power into the development of modern manufacturing industry in Chongqing.
