摘　　要：在浙中区域制造产业集群转型升级背景下,针对传统职业教育与产业发展需求错位问题,构建“产学研训创”一体化的人才培养体系。通过搭建校企双元培养平台、创新“产业导向+产训结合”培养模式、开发“岗课证一体化”课程资源、建立能级要素评价系统等路径,探索生产实践性人才培养的有效机制。Against the backdrop of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry cluster in central Zhejiang,aiming to address the mismatch between traditional vocational education and industrial development needs,and construct an integrated talent training system of "industry university research training and innovation".By establishing a dual training platform between schools and enterprises,innovating the "industry orientation+industry training integration" training model,developing "integrated job,course,and certificate" course resources,and establishing an evaluation system for energy level elements,explore effective mechanisms for cultivating practical talents in production.
