摘 要:焊接技术是液压缸制造中的关键环节,传统焊接工艺在满足高质量和高效率要求方面存在明显局限。研究系统分析了自动化焊接技术在液压缸生产中的应用现状与技术原理,重点探讨了焊接路径规划、参数优化及焊缝质量检测等关键技术的具体实现及其对生产质量的提升效果。通过对比传统焊接技术,自动化焊接展现出更高的焊接精度、更优的热输入控制和更可靠的焊缝质量保障能力。研究表明,自动化焊接技术在提高生产效率、降低缺陷率和实现智能化制造方面具有显著优势,为工程机械液压缸制造行业的技术升级和智能化转型提供了重要支持。Welding technology is a key link in the manufacturing of hydraulic cylinders,and traditional welding processes have significant limitations in meeting high-quality and highefficiency requirements.The research systematically analyzes the current application status and technical principles of automated welding technology in hydraulic cylinder production,focusing on the specific implementation of key technologies such as welding path planning,parameter optimization,and weld quality inspection,as well as their effects on improving production quality.Compared with traditional welding techniques,automated welding demonstrates higher welding accuracy,better heat input control,and more reliable weld quality assurance capabilities.Research has shown that automated welding technology has significant advantages in improving production efficiency,reducing defect rates,and achieving intelligent manufacturing,providing important support for the technological upgrading and intelligent transformation of the construction machinery hydraulic cylinder manufacturing industry.
