摘 要:教学团队建设既是加强师资队伍建设的有效途径,也是凝聚专兼职教师向心力的良好载体。课程思政教学团队的建设是坚持党的教育方针、促进高校内涵式发展和实现学生成长成才的重要举措。因此,以课程思政教学团队的建设为例,阐述了团队建设的背景和需要解决的问题,以及团队教师课程思政能力发展需求调研、“岗—赛—课”团队培育机制建设的两项建设措施,通过两年建设期最终提升了团队教师开展课程教学改革的内在行动力、教学执行力和课程建设力,打造了“金师+金课”的教学团队。The construction of teaching team is not only an effective way to strengthen the construction of teaching staff,but also a broad platform to promote teaching reform and a good carrier to gather the centripetal force of full-time and part-time teachers.The construction of the ideological and political teaching team is an important measure to adhere to the Party’s educational policy,promote the connotative development of colleges and universities,and realize the growth and success of students.Therefore,this paper takes the construction of curriculum ideology and politics teaching team as an example,expounds the background of team construction and the problems to be solved,as well as the two construction measures of team teachers’curriculum ideology and politics ability development demand research and‘post-competition-curriculum’team cultivation mechanism construction.Through the two-year construction period,the internal action force,teaching execution force and curriculum construction force of team teachers to carry out curriculum teaching reform have been finally improved,and the teaching team of‘gold teacher+gold class’has been created.
