摘  要:研究关注产教融合PBT(project-based training)模式下土木类教师素质培养改革。乡村振兴需要人才支撑,但传统教育模式难以满足产业需求,产教融合PBT模式应运而生。该模式通过学校与企业项目合作,深度融合理论教学与实践操作。实施思路包括搭建产教融合平台、推行“双师型”教师队伍建设、加强实践教学环节等。这些措施旨在提升教师的实践能力进而提升学生的实践能力。在产教融合模式下,院校2023年土木类教师的知识、技能、能力、教育观念成效均达到80%以上,教师亲自参与项目人数占比达77%,较2021年提升了39个百分点。学生在合作企业中实习不仅提升了专业技能,且2023年的毕业生超过50%成功就业于合作企业。This research focuses on the reform of the quality cultivation of civil engineering teachers under the Project based Training(PBT)model of industry-education integration.The rural revitalization requires talent support,but the traditional education model has difficulty meeting the industrial needs,so the PBT model of industry-education integration emerged as the times require.This model deeply integrates theoretical teaching with practical operations through school-enterprise project cooperation.The implementation ideas include building an industry-education integration platform,promoting the construction of a“dual-qualification”teaching staff,and strengthening the practical teaching links,etc.These measures aim to improve the practical abilities of civil engineering teachers and then enhance the practical abilities of students.Under the industry-education integration model,in 2023,the achievement rate of teachers in terms of knowledge,skills,abilities and educational concepts all reached over 80%.The proportion of teachers personally participating in projects accounted for 77%,an increase of 39 percentage points compared with 2021,Students who do internships in cooperative enterprises improve their professional skills and in 2023,more than 50%of graduates were successfully employed by cooperative enterprises.
