摘　　要：新时代学生公寓是高校“三全育人”的前沿阵地,是学生学习、生活的重要场所,肩负着为学生服务和育人的重要任务。以成都大学为例,分析了高校学生公寓劳动教育的发展现状、体系构建和实效探析及未来期望,通过对学生公寓劳动教育的深入剖析,为劳动教育的教学安排、课程设置和实践项目提供理论支撑,促进了学生公寓劳动教育的多元化发展,不断推进“三全育人”向纵深化拓展,贯彻落实学生立德树人根本任务,更好地为高校人才培养做出贡献。In the new era,student apartments are the forefront of the“three comprehensive education”in universities,and an important place for students to study and live.They shoulder the important task of serving and educating students.This article takes Chengdu University as an example to analyze the current development status,system construction,effectiveness analysis,and future expectations of labor education in college student apartments.Through in-depth analysis of labor education in student dormitories,theoretical support is provided for the teaching arrangement,curriculum design,and practical projects of labor education,promoting the diversified development of labor education in student dormitories,and continuously promoting the deepening and expansion of“three comprehensive education”,implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents through apartment education and make better contributions to talent cultivation in universities.
