摘　　要：成果导向教育(OBE)是通过以学生为中心,从最终学习目标开始着手,反向设计课程和教学计划的培养理念。根据OBE教学理念,以资源利用与植物保护方面专业研究生为例,从教学内容、教学策略等方面进行课程教学模式的研究与改革,提出了以促进自主学习为目标和导向的农业类研究生教育理念,使研究生的发现问题—认识问题—分析问题—综合与概化—问题答案假设—验证假设等思维习惯基本形成。强调研究生在学习后可以获得的实践技能和创新思维,有助于培养新农科背景下农业领域创新创业人才,以期为农业类研究生的教学改革与实施服务。Outcome-Based Education(OBE)is the training concept of reverse design of curriculum and teaching plans through student-centered,starting from the final learning goal.According to the teaching concept of OBE,this paper studies and reforms the course teaching mode from the aspects of teaching content and teaching strategy.This paper puts forward the concept of agricultural graduate education with the goal and orientation of promoting independent learning,so that the thinking habits of graduate students,such as identifying problemunderstanding problem-analyzing problem-synthesizing and generalization-hypothesis formulation-verfying hypothesis,are basically formed.This mode emphasizes the practical skills and innovative thinking that graduate students can obtain after study,which is helpful to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the agricultural field under the background of new agricultural science,in order to serve the teaching reform and implementation of agricultural graduate students.
