基于“四阶两翼”的国际化课程体系改革研究——以应用化工技术专业为例

摘　　要：随着全球化进程的不断发展,我国化工行业在“一带一路”贸易圈内逐步成为最大的原料进口国和最大的技术出口国,化工行业急需大批国际化复合型技术技能人才。为了进一步满足化工行业国际化人才培养需求,需要相关院校完善专业国际化课程体系,持续推动课程体系改革与学生能力培养工作,这有着非常积极的现实意义。对此展开综合研究,采用文献研究法、调查研究法、行动研究法等,进一步明确应用化工技术专业的国际化课程体系改革方向,提出了具体的“四阶两翼”课程体系以及人才培养体系,以期从个案的深入研究中总结出国际化复合型人才培养的一般规律,为其他项目与专业课程改革提供一定的理论和实践支撑,发挥一定的推广价值。As the globalization process continues to intensify,the“Belt and Road Initiative”is gradually implemented,and the chemical industry has gradually become the largest importer of raw materials and the largest exporter of technology within the“Belt and Road”trade circle.The chemical industry is in urgent need of a large number of international qualified technical talents.In order to further meet the demand for international talent training in the chemical industry,relevant institutions need to improve the professional international curriculum system and continue to promote curriculum system reform and student ability development,which has very positive practical significance.This article has launched a comprehensive study on this,using research methods such as literature research,survey research,and action research,to further clarify the direction of the reform of the international curriculum system for the applied chemical technology major,and proposes a specific“four levels and two wings”curriculum system and talent training system,which can summarize the general rules of international compound talent training through in-depth study of individual cases,provide certain theoretical and practical support for other projects and professional curriculum reforms,and exert certain promotion value.
