摘  要:探讨基于SPOC平台翻转课堂教学方法在“传染病护理学”中的教学应用效果。采用对照干预研究,对照组采用传统教学方式,干预组采用基于SPOC平台的翻转课堂教学模式。通过采用考核成绩和传染病健康素养测评量表评价干预效果。最终干预组学生知识掌握情况显著高于对照组(p<0.01)。干预组传染病健康素养总分(29.95±5.16)高于对照组(27.56±4.04)(p<0.01)。干预组在传染病的基本知识与观念、传染病管理与治疗、对病原体和传染源的辨认3个维度上均显著高于对照组。在“传染病护理学”课程中采用基于SPOC平台的翻转课堂教学模式能显著提升学生传染病健康素养水平。To explore the effect of flipped classroom teaching method based on SPOC platform in the teaching of lemology nursing,a controlled intervention study was conducted.Traditional teaching methods were adopted in the control group.The flipped classroom teaching model based on the SPOC platform were adopted in the intervention group.The effect of intervention was evaluated by the assessment results and the IDSHL.The knowledge mastery of students in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(p<0.01).The total score of infectious disease health literacy in the intervention group(29.95±5.16)was higher than that in the control group(27.56±4.04)(p<0.01).The scores of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group in three dimensions:basic knowledge and concept of infectious diseases,management and treatment of infectious diseases,identification of pathogens and infectious sources.Adopting the flipped classroom teaching mode based on SPOC platform in the course of infectious disease nursing can significantly improve students’health literacy level of infectious disease.
