摘 要:分析福建农业职业技术学院学生的心理健康特点,通过《中国大学生心理健康量表》和《大学生人格问卷》问卷测试,探讨高职生人格与心理健康的养成关系。通过研究发现,被试的高职学生普遍存在心理问题,高职生人格与心理健康显著相关,抑郁、就业压力、敏感等因子对其人格有显著的预测作用。结合学校特色,探索“一二四九”“劳动+心理”“耕读书院博雅教育”等心理育人新模式,以期为其他农类高职院校心理育人提供有益借鉴。Based on the analysis of the characteristics of students’mental health in Fujian Vocational College of Agricultural,this paper discusses the relationship between personality and mental health of higher vocational college students through the questionnaire tests of China College Students’Mental Health Scale and College Students’Personality Questionnaire.Through the research,it is found that vocational college students generally have psychological problems,their personality is significantly related to their mental health,and factors such as depression,employment pressure and sensitivity have a significant predictive effect on college students’personality.Combined with the characteristics of the school,this paper explores new psychological education modes such as“1249”,“labor+psychology”and“The Gengdu Academy’s Liberal Education”in order to provide useful reference for psychological education in other agricultural higher vocational colleges.
