产教融合背景下高职院校人才培养模式实践路径研究

摘　　要：高职院校如何实现校企合作与产教深度融合是一个永恒的话题,高职院校优化人才培养路径也是一项长期的系统工程。以河北企业需求为导向,强化高职院校服务意识,并强化信息交流;依托河北各个地域特色,服务区域经济,构建政校企行教育链、产业链和人才链,形成政校企行命运共同体;健全政校企行合作机制体制,完善管理及监督制度;在全社会宣传高职教育是一种类型教育,与普通教育具备同等重要地位,不断增强社会、家长、学生和企业对高职教育的认同感。How vocational colleges realize school-enterprise cooperation and deep integration of industry and education is an eternal topic,and optimizing the path of training in vocational colleges is a long-term systematic project.This study first takes the needs of Hebei enterprises as the orientation,enhances the service awareness of vocational colleges and strengthens information exchange.Secondly,it relies on the characteristics of various regions in Hebei,and serves the regional economy.It builds an education chain,industrial chain,and talent chain between the government,schools,enterprises,and industries to form a community of shared destiny.Moreover,it improves the mechanisms and systems of cooperation between the government,schools,enterprises,and industries,and perfects the management and supervision system.Finally,it promotes concept that vocational education is a type of education that is equally important as general education,and continuously enhances the recognition of vocational education among society,parents,students,enterprises.
