摘　　要：会展业向来是社会经济发展的风向标。新时代对会展业高素质人才的需求,推动了国内各高校积极广泛探索产教融合人才培养模式。项目聚焦于当前高职院校会展专业的人才培养,以浙江金融职业学院会展策划与管理专业为主要研究对象,通过梳理和剖析会展人才培养模式和现存问题,基于产教融合的理论与实践,结合人才培养方案、师资队伍建设、校企实训基地等方面,探索产教融合视域下高职院校会展专业人才培养策略,为会展产业的高质量发展和高素质人才的培养做出贡献。The exhibition industry has always been a vane for socio-economic development.The demand for high-quality talents in the exhibition industry during the new era has driven domestic universities and colleges to actively and extensively explore the talent cultivation model integrating industry and education.This project focuses on the talent cultivation of exhibition majors in higher vocational colleges,taking the Planning and Event Management major of Zhejiang Financial College as the primary research object.By sorting out and analyzing the talent cultivation model and existing issues in exhibition talent development,and based on the theory and practice of integrating industry and education,this project explores strategies for cultivating talents in exhibition majors in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of industry-education integration,taking into account aspects such as talent cultivation programs,faculty development,and school-enterprise training bases.It aims to contribute to the high-quality development of the exhibition industry and the cultivation of high-quality talents.
