摘  要:校园音景和自然环境设计、建设,为大学生情绪调节能力的提升提供内在支撑。优秀的校园音景与自然环境设计,能帮助大学生保持良好的情绪状态。新时代校园音景与自然环境的设计、建设,要在有效解决环境景观情绪价值单一、教育干预能力不足等基础问题的同时,通过加强以人为本的校园音景设计与深化教育评估等措施,持续推进对大学生情绪调节能力的强化,为大学生心理健康水平的提高奠定坚实基础。The design and construction of campus soundscapes and natural environments provide internal support for enhancing the emotional regulation ability of college students.Excellent campus soundscape and natural environment design can help college students maintain a good emotional state.In the new era,the design and construction of campus soundscapes and natural environments should effectively solve the basic problems of single emotional value of environmental landscapes and insufficient educational intervention ability.At the same time,measures such as strengthening people-oriented campus soundscapes design and deepening educational evaluation should be taken to continuously promote the strengthening of emotional regulation ability for college students,laying a solid foundation for creating a good learning and growth environment and improving their mental health level.
