摘 要:血管壁微环境是一个复杂的生态系统,包括内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞、外膜成纤维细胞以及细胞外基质成分,其相互作用和平衡对于维持血管壁的正常功能至关重要。焦亡作为一种新型细胞炎性程序性死亡方式,通过激活特定的信号途径和释放炎性因子,加剧血管壁微环境紊乱,参与心脑血管等疾病的发生和发展。本文总结了焦亡的最新概况、血管壁微环境的生物学特征,以及焦亡导致血管壁微环境紊乱的潜在机制,旨在为血管壁微环境的基础研究和相关疾病的临床防治提供科学理论依据。The vascular wall microenvironment is a complex ecosystem,consisting of endothelial cells,smooth muscle cells,adventitial fibroblasts,and components of the extracellular matrix.The interactions and balance among these elements are crucial for maintaining the normal function of the vascular wall.Pyroptosis,a novel form of inflammatory programmed cell death,exacerbates the disruption of the vascular wall microenvironment by activating specific signaling pathways and releasing inflammatory factors,thereby contributing to the onset and progression of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.This paper reviews the latest developments in pyroptosis,the biological characteristics of the vascular wall microenvironment,and the potential mechanisms by which pyroptosis leads to microenvironmental disruption.The aim is to provide a scientific theoretical foundation for basic research on the vascular wall microenvironment and for the clinical prevention and treatment of related diseases.
